The GERONIMO! Skydiving Team is managed by professional exhibition skydiver and founding member, John Wallace.
In 1981 the Team was founded as a four man exhibition team with the goal of promoting the sport of skydiving and developing into the best civilian exhibition team in north America. Performance Excellence was adopted as the Team's motto, as was the slogan of On Time - On Target. Within the next ten years the team progressed from performing for local community events to performing for large venue events nationally. In 1986 the Team introduced Tandem Exhibition Skydiving by delivering the NFL Philadelphia Eagles mascot "Swoop" into Veterans Stadium during a night Football game half time show.
Today the GERONIMO! Skydiving Team members are some of the most experienced and skilled civilian show jumpers in North America and are professionally credentialed in both Canada and the United States. As disciplined professionals, Team members are committed to performance excellence, safety, professionalism, and personal integrity. In addition to our high standards as performers we are dedicated to giving back to the community and strive to be role models for today's youth.
The GERONIMO! Skydiving Team's home base is conveniently located in Fort Erie, Ontario in the Niagara region to better serve both Canada and the United States. During the 2019 Canadian Skydiving National Championships the team earned the prestigious CSPA National Sportsmanship Award. After more than 42 years, the GERONIMO! Skydiving Team continues to thrill crowds throughout Canada and the United States with our show stopping performances.
We look forward to performing at you event.

MORE ABOUT US
About Our Logo
The Team logo was redesigned in 2015 in order to honor one of the Team's original founding members, Nuncio Forte, who passed away from pancreatic cancer that year. In order to pay tribute to Nuncio, the new Team logo was designed featuring Nuncio's profile with a falcon forever in flight within the circle of life.
Community
The GERONIMO! Skydiving Team is community oriented and is active volunteering with community groups, events, charitable organizations, and veteran groups. During the Canada 150th Celebration in 2017, the Team was a Gold Sponsor and performed for many community celebrations throughout Canada with the Team's giant Canadian flag carried in parades after the skydiving exhibitions.
Tandem Exhibitions
On August 26, 1996 the GERONIMO! Skydiving Team performed the first ever legal night time stadium exhibition jump with a passenger. After more than a year working with the FAA and The Relative Workshop, John Wallace finally obtained approval for the exhibition jump pioneering the way for the use of the Tandem Parachute System for skydiving exhibitions.
